MR Driver

We are seeking skilled and safe MR Drivers to join a thriving steel manufacturer and supplier near the heart of Melbourne City! Perfect role for someone seeking big hours and enjoys working in a hands on environment!

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

• Permanent position with an asap start
• Early morning starts - 6am
• Weekly overtime available paid at penalties

THE ROLE:

• Safely complete multidrop deliveries in an MR Tautliner
• Thorough load restraints before and after deliveries
• Perform regular manual handling duties throughout the day
• Deliver orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Operate forklifts on site and in yard (if licenced)
• Follow strict communication, road safety and WH&S requirements

ABOUT YOU:

• Must have valid MR licence or higher and minimum 2 years experience
• Experience in steel, sheet metal or related environment highly advantageous
• Current forklift licence advantageous
• Comfortable working in a manual handling intense environment
• Must have good customer service and communication skills
• Strong commitment to quality, communication and site/ road safety
